Serenity Skin Care & Body Wellness was founded in 1999 by Terri Bonitto-Honegan, Master Aesthetician, whose lifelong passion for skin care and enhancing natural beauty began in her youth in Jamaica. Today, she continues to grow the business with her granddaughter, Genesis K. Henson, an accredited G.M. Collin Master Aesthetician, Certified Makeup Artist, and Face & Body Sculpting Specialist. Together, their unique vision is brought to life not only through their faithful leadership but also by an incredible team of dedicated service providers. Each member of the Serenity Team brings warmth, expertise, and genuine commitment to the overall wellness and satisfaction of every client, helping reinforce the legacy of quality, trust, and community that defines our brand in the skincare industry. Cancellation Policy
RESERVATION POLICIES :
Advanced reservation is recommended. A credit card is required to book and hold your reservation(s). If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require 8 hours notice. Appointments canceled, changed, or rescheduled less than 8 hours before the scheduled time will be billed 50% of the service total.
There will be a fee of 50% of the service total for no-shows.
ARRIVAL :
If you are visiting for the first time, we recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete your intake. As a courtesy to other guests scheduled and following your appointment(s), late arrivals may only receive the remaining available appointment time. You are responsible for and will be charged the full-service fee.
PARKING:
There is metered street parking available on Park Place in front of the building and across the street, and in the municipal parking lot located at the end of the block, across Dean Street.
SPA ETIQUETTE:
Please arrive at least 5 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate your entire service, however you will be charged in full for your service. Please be respectful of other guests; keep all electronic devices on low volume or vibrate, and maintain a low tone while speaking on the phone.

GIFT CARDS :
Serenity Gift Cards are a wonderful way to give the gift of health, wellness, relaxation, and beauty to the special people in your life. Gift Cards and Credits can be purchased at the front desk or via telephone. Gift Cards are treated as cash, and all lost or stolen gift cards are not replaceable. Our Gift Cards expire two years after the date of purchase. All sales are final.
AGE REQUIREMENTS :
Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent for treatment.
Children under 12 may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES :
Unopened products with accompanying receipts can be returned for spa credit or exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase. Products without accompanying receipts or products that have been opened/used cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final on Gift Cards.
GRATUITIES :
If you were satisfied with your experience, it is customary to give 15-20% of the menu price in gratuity to your therapist. We accept cash and card.
